Documents required for admission

• Original Birth certificate ( Nursery to 1^st std )
• Original school leaving certificate (LC/TC -2^nd std onwards) (students seeking admission from other states, must provide the school leaving certificate countersigned by the education officer concerned)
• Photocopy of consolidated report card of previous Academic Year ( 2^nd Std onwards)
• Passport size color photographs of the child
• Photocopy of blood group report of the child.
• Photocopy of Aadhaar card of the child.
• Caste certificate ( for other than general category – Std 1)
• Photocopy of parent’s ID Proof.
• Passport size colour photographs of parents ( Optional)
